These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the website, as well as all quotations, sales, deliveries, and services provided by You 9 Network (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

You 9 Network is based in Bangkok, Thailand, and operates in accordance with applicable Thai laws and regulations.
2. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all users of the website and to all contractual relationships between You 9 Network and its customers, whether private or commercial. Any deviating, conflicting, or supplementary terms proposed by the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing by You 9 Network.
3. Products & Services
You 9 Network supplies premium, professional-grade umbrellas, including large-size umbrellas exceeding 3 meters, which are uncommon in the Thailand market. Products are manufactured in Germany by Bahama and are suitable for both commercial and private use.
Product features may include:
Sizes ranging approximately from 2.8 m² up to 16 m²
Round, square, and rectangular models
Telescopic opening and closing systems
Reduced, puristic design with professional workmanship
Custom fabric colors, printing, and branding options

4. Quality, Materials & Standards
All products supplied by You 9 Network are manufactured in accordance with high-quality standards and professional workmanship, including the use of betex®05 high-grade textile membranes.
Features may include:
Excellent UV protection rated UPF 50+ (exceptions may apply to specific fabric colors)
Textured matte frame finishes
No loose functional parts such as ropes or cranks
Minor deviations in color, texture, dimensions, or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes and are considered industry-standard tolerances.
5. Use, Installation & Safety
Umbrellas are intended solely for sun protection and general outdoor use. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring proper installation, anchoring, and operation in accordance with product guidelines.
Umbrellas must be closed during strong winds or extreme weather conditions. Failure to comply with usage instructions shall release You 9 Network from any liability and may void warranty claims.
6. Wind Resistance & Environmental Conditions
Wind resistance values are indicative only and depend on the specific model, size, mounting solution, and site conditions. Any stated wind ratings apply exclusively when the product is correctly installed and used as intended.
You 9 Network shall not be liable for damages resulting from:
Excessive wind or storms
Improper installation or insufficient anchoring
Negligent or improper use
7. Customization & Intellectual Property
Custom colors, logo printing, and branding on textile membranes and/or valances are available upon request.
For customized products:
Slight deviations from digital previews or samples may occur
Customized products are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects
The customer warrants that provided artwork does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
The customer shall indemnify and hold harmless You 9 Network against any claims arising from the use of customer-provided designs.
8. Prices & Quotations
All prices shown on the website or in quotations are subject to change without notice and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, delivery, installation, and customs-related charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Quotations are valid only for the period specified therein.
9. Orders & Payment
A contract becomes binding only upon written order confirmation by You 9 Network or receipt of payment.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
A deposit may be required prior to order processing
Full payment may be required before delivery, particularly for customized products
You 9 Network reserves the right to suspend or cancel orders in the event of late or incomplete payment.
10. Delivery & Force Majeure
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, logistics, customs clearance, or events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions.
Such delays shall not entitle the customer to claim damages or terminate the contract.
11. Warranty & Claims
Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects under normal and proper use. The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modification
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by weather conditions or environmental influences
Claims must be submitted in writing within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, You 9 Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of use.
In all cases, total liability shall be limited to the net value of the product supplied.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangkok, Thailand.
14. Data Protection
Personal data collected through the website shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws of Thailand. Further details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
15. Severability & Amendments
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
You 9 Network reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of use shall apply.
